Bella Rose Barn

Step inside our custom-built event barn and experience a venue designed with weddings in mind. From its vaulted ceilings with antique chandeliers to stained concrete floors and warm wood finishes, every detail creates an atmosphere of rustic sophistication. The barn is fully climate controlled, offering year-round comfort for your ceremony and reception.
Outdoor Ceremony & Grounds

Our outdoor ceremony area is truly one-of-a-kind. Say your vows beneath a handcrafted wood pergola, with the unique grain bin silo and wide-open farmland as your backdrop. The landscaped grounds, horse trailer bar, and vintage 1946 farm truck provide endless opportunities for stunning photography and unforgettable memories.
Bridal Suite

Prepare for your big day in our private bridal suite, located upstairs inside the barn. This space is designed for comfort and beauty, giving you and your bridesmaids room to relax and get ready. And when it’s time for your entrance, the grand staircase ensures a breathtaking moment your guests won’t forget.

To reserve a date: A signed contract, $500 security deposit (refundable after event) and 1/3 venue rental payment to reserve the date. Payment schedule: The next 1/3 payment will be due 6 months prior to event and final 1/3 payment is due 1 month prior to event.
**The cost of alcohol is NOT included in the pricing above and price for bartender and security is based on beer and wine only. An additional bartender and security officer may be required for liquor depending on type and number of mixed drinks being served. The price for bartender will include 1 hour set up of bar prior to event and 1 hour breakdown of bar after event.

What’s included in the rental?
Every wedding rental includes:
- Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony area
- 25 round 60" tables, 2 eight-foot tables, and 4 six-foot tables
- 200 chairs
- 4 wine barrel tables + assorted wood slices for décor (when available)
- Access to sound system
- One-hour rehearsal (arranged for the day prior, pending availability)
What is required to reserve a date?
To reserve a date: A signed contract, $500 security deposit (refundable after event) and 1/3 venue rental payment to reserve the date. Payment schedule: The next 1/3 payment will be due 6 months prior to event and final 1/3 payment is due 1 month prior to event.
Do you offer coordination services?
Yes, we offer coordination services with full planning and décor packages available upon request.
What are the cleanup requirements?
We ask couples to remove personal belongings, food, and drink; empty trash cans with food/drink; and clean any spills during the event to keep the venue safe and beautiful. You're also required to bring in any tables, chairs or FCF belongings inside the venue at the end of event.
Are we allowed to cook on property?
French Country Farms provides a catering prep kitchen only. No indoor cooking of any kind is permitted.
The prep kitchen includes:
- Ice machine
- Commercial refrigerator
- Food warmer
- Microwave
If you plan to cook onsite using a food truck, trailer, or any other mobile cooking unit, you must provide proof of commercial liability insurance. French Country Farms must be listed as an additional insured for the date of your event.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The Bella Rose Barn and grounds can host up to 200 guests for weddings and 250 guests for other types of events that would not need a dance floor.
Is the barn available year-round?
Yes! The space is fully climate-controlled, making it perfect for every season.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in your own caterer, florist, and other vendors so your day feels personal to you.
Do you allow dogs or other type animals?
Dogs are allowed to be a part of the ceremony only and certain policies must be followed.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are NOT service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and there for not allowed on French Country Farms property.
Only service animals are allowed on property; Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal’s owner is responsible for making sure that their service dog is controlled always.
What are the requirements for serving alcohol at my event?
You may choose to have a cash bar or provide your own alcohol for our approved bartender to serve. The cost of alcohol is not included in the venue rental. Bartender and security pricing is based on beer and wine service only. If you plan to serve liquor, an additional bartender and security officer may be required depending on the type and number of mixed drinks. Bartender pricing includes one hour of bar setup before the event and one hour of breakdown after the event. All events with alcohol require a French Country Farms contracted bartender and security officer.
