Sweet 16's & Quinceañeras

Celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime milestone in style. French Country Farms provides an elegant country setting for quinceañeras, combining tradition with modern comfort. From the grand entrance down the staircase to dancing beneath sparkling chandeliers, your celebration will be nothing short of unforgettable.


Note: All events hosted for minors are required to do invite-only. Additionally, there is no alcohol allowed on premises under any circumstances during minor birthday parties. On-site security is also required to strictly enforce these policies.

  • Friday - $2,500

    FRIDAY: 8am to MIDNIGHT

    *Event must end on or before midnight

    *1 hour clean-up after event ends

  • Saturday - $3,500

    SATURDAY: 8am to MIDNIGHT

    *Event must end on or before midnight

    *1 hour clean-up after event ends

  • Sunday - $2,000

    SUNDAY: 10 AM to 10 PM

    *Event must end on or before midnight

    *1 hour clean-up after event ends

  • Monday-Thursday

    12 Hours* - $1,800

    10 Hours* - $1,500

    8 Hours* - $1,200

    6 Hours* - $1,000

    4 Hours* - $800


    *Total time includes setup & decorating

    *Event must end on or before 10pm

    *1 hour clean-up after event ends

To reserve a date: A signed contract, $500 security deposit (refundable after event) and 1/3 venue rental payment to reserve the date. Payment schedule: The next 1/3 payment will be due 6 months prior to event and final 1/3 payment is due 1 month prior to event.



**The cost of alcohol is NOT included in the pricing above and price for bartender and security is based on beer and wine only. An additional bartender and security officer may be required for liquor depending on type and number of mixed drinks being served. The price for bartender will include 1 hour set up of bar prior to event and 1 hour breakdown of bar after event.
